Cookies, without surprises.
The tools Tea uses, their purpose and how to manage your preferences. Your choice applies to the public site and platform on the same domain and browser.

Necessary cookies and storage
sb-*-auth-token (possibly split into chunks): Supabase session and sign-in renewal. Lifetime follows the session configuration; tokens are refreshed during use.
msc_device: recognises this browser for device limits and course protection. Lifetime: 1 year.
NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language. Lifetime: 1 year.
tea_consent: random choice identifier, protected by HttpOnly. Lifetime: 6 calendar months from your choice; browsing does not renew it.
tea_consent_block: blocks optional services during changes or if saving fails. Maximum lifetime: 6 months; removed after a successful save.
sessionStorage tea-lang-swap: language-change animation, removed after switching or closing the tab. localStorage tea-consent-sync: technical signal to refresh preferences in other tabs, with no personal identifiers.
Optional services
No optional services are currently active. You can save category preferences, but they do not authorise pixels, analytics or advertising added in the future: we will ask you to choose again before enabling them.
Changing your mind
Reopen Cookie preferences on any page to refuse or change categories as easily as accepting them. Scrolling, browsing or not responding never means consent. Closing the initial banner keeps only necessary cookies. Withdrawal blocks new optional operations; it does not undo previous lawful processing.
The choice register
We store a pseudonymous browser identifier, server timestamp, action, language, selected purposes and a copy of the information shown on Supabase in the European Union. The register contains no email, plain IP address or user agent. Retention: 24 months per choice, followed by automatic deletion. A separate temporary IP fingerprint prevents abuse and is kept for no more than 10 minutes. Preference management meets consent obligations and provides evidence of your choices.
Preferences are specific to this browser and domain. Clearing cookies, switching browsers or domains means we cannot recognise a previous choice. If services or purposes change, optional services remain blocked until you choose again. See the privacy policy for the controller, providers, rights and contacts.
