An estimate based on your assumptions. Extra materials, revisions and launch work need additional time unless included in the multiplier.

How the calculation works

Video hours = lessons × average minutes ÷ 60. Work hours = video hours × production multiplier. We divide the work by your available weekly hours and round up to the next week. This is not a benchmark: try different multipliers to see how your plan changes.

Which production multiplier should I use?

It depends on your process. Produce one lesson, measure all the time spent and divide by the finished video length. Use that ratio to update your estimate.

Do the weeks include the launch?

Only if you included that work in the multiplier. The planner does not assign dates or account for holidays and weeks off.
