How the calculation works

Revenue = price × sales. We subtract transaction fees, rounded to the nearest cent per sale, and project costs. For break-even, we divide project costs by the amount left from each sale after fees and round up to a whole sale. If a sale cannot cover its own fees, break-even is not reachable.

Does the calculator choose my course price?

No. It lets you compare different prices and sales volumes. Pricing also depends on your audience, the outcome you offer and the support included.
